The villa is thoughtfully arranged across two levels, offering a practical layout that works well for larger groups.

On the ground floor, there are three bedrooms. One bedroom features two single beds, while the second offers a king-size bed and direct access to a balcony with views of the pool, the garden, and the sea. The third bedroom includes a semi-double bed and it also opens onto the same balcony, where a comfortable seating area creates a quiet corner for relaxing at any time of the day. This level also includes two modern bathrooms with stylish walk-in showers.

The kitchen on this level is fully equipped with all the necessary appliances for a comfortable stay, including options for different types of coffee, as well as a dishwasher, a washing machine, and a dryer. A spacious kitchen island provides a convenient space for indoor dining. The living room is bright and welcoming, featuring a large TV and direct access to a wide balcony with open views, making it a natural extension of the indoor space.

On the first floor, there are two additional bedrooms. The master bedroom offers a king-size bed and access to a private balcony with beautiful views over the surrounding area. The second bedroom includes two single beds and shares access to the same balcony.
