Layout
The villa’s ground floor features breathtaking sea views, high ceilings, and contemporary furniture in neutral tones and wood. A large terrace directly in front of the house provides unobstructed views of the sea and is an excellent spot to watch the morning sunrise. The layout is seamless, with a fully equipped modern kitchen. Α small hallway leads to a tastefully furnished twin bedroom , which can be configured as a double bed upon request. The balcony doors open directly onto a spacious private terrace with views of the sea. From the main living room, an impressive cast iron staircase leads to the first floor, which features a small mezzanine, a double bedroom (1.60m x 2.00m), and a private bathroom with a waterfall shower and skylight. Externally, the stone’s natural tones blend seamlessly with the surrounding environment. Just outside the door, the crystal infinity pool (6.50 m x 4.00 m, maximum depth 1.45 m) and fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area create the most dreamy setting. You almost certainly will wish to remain.
A private downstairs studio apartment with its own entrance, kitchenette, ensuite bathroom, and stunning sea views through an end wall of glass. This secluded space is ideal for two people seeking privacy and breathtaking vistas.
Please note: To access Villa Rizes, we highly recommend using a 4×4 or high-clearance vehicle, as the last 700 meters leading up to the villa is an unpaved road.
If you don’t have a suitable vehicle, don’t worry – we can arrange for a transfer from the airport to the villa and have the rental car delivered to you there. This will ensure a smooth and hassle-free journey for you, allowing you to fully enjoy your stay at Rizes. The Neighborhood
The village of Kentroma is a small village in the northeastern part of the island, built on the slopes of the mountain Pantokratora in olive trees and with a wonderful view of the sea, from Kalami beach and the mountain peaks of Albania to the city of Corfu and the Venetian fortress when the atmosphere allows visibility on the shores of the mainland. Kentroma has a small number of local people. Kentroma is located on the road that leads from the city of Corfu to Kassiopi. Very close to the village are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, for those who prefer pebbles, such as the beaches of Kalami, Krouzeri, Gialiskari, Agni and Nisaki, which are fully organized.
