Villa Claudine is spread over 490 square meters across three thoughtfully arranged levels. The heart of the home lies on the middle floor, where the modern indoor kitchen merges seamlessly with the dining area and living room, opening onto a shaded veranda with breathtaking views of the sea and countryside.
The upper floor houses several tranquil bedrooms with elevated views and plenty of natural light. The lower floor, at pool level, contains additional bedrooms with direct access outdoors, along with a laundry room equipped with a washer and a dryer, making it ideal for extended stays.
Each of the six bedrooms offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a private bathroom with walk-in showers and a tasteful touch. A guest WC is conveniently located near the main living space.
