Nikolas House Details

Layout

The exterior staircase leads on to a spacious open-plan living and dining area with large balconies overlooking the sea and the Albanian coasts. Adjacent to the living room is a small wc equipped with a washing machine and all necessary laundry facilities. The large kitchen, which has recently been refurbished, provides exceptional cupboard and dining space, an oven, a fridge, and all the necessary utensils for the family’s cooking and dining. The tranquil apartment has two bedrooms. The master bedroom features a double traditional metal bed and huge wardrobes, while the second one is a twin bedroom with mounted wardrobes and a balcony overlooking Kalami and the open sea. The bathroom, is spacious, modern, and suitable for a large family’s needs. Nikolas is a village house that provides air conditioning, Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, television, and a small back balcony with mountain views.

The host has been extremely kind and understanding during our stay, made it unforgettable and we can't wait to get back to the same place we thank him very much for! The only thing that's a little awkward is the steep way to the house, but as it turns out, with careful driving, there's no problem!

Stunning views from all windows! Magnificent apartment on the second floor with a separate entrance. Cozy, clean, comfortable beds, mosquito nets on windows and doors. There is everything you need. Good internet. Three air conditioners, but did not use, because. well ventilated through windows. Be sure to take a car and then everything is OK (because the nearest store is a 30-minute walk up the hills). And from the center of Kerkyra min 50 by car. In addition, the payment was withdrawn the day before arrival, and according to the conditions, there should have been payment on the spot. EVERYTHING else was great!

The view was so beautiful, very comfortable, so clean, lots of space, the kids loved it. The property was so quiet and peaceful. The owners were so helpful and the communication was great from Hestia travel too.

The Neighborhood

Lustri is a small and peaceful village on the north-east coast of Corfu. Built on a hill it has the perfect view of the Ionian Sea. It has picturesque houses, old and new and a traditionally built church. Loustri is a 10 minutes’ walk from Agni Bay and around 20 minutes away from Kalami. And just 500 meters away from the beach of Gialiskari .Gialiskari is a small beach, located next to the beaches of Agni and Kalami.In contrast to Agni and Kalami , which are busy and very popular, Gialiskari is secluded and quiet, with very mild tourist development. This makes Gialiskari an ideal destination for those seeking the tranquility of the sea, away from noisy taverns and beach bars.

Having been awarded the Blue Flag, the beach of Kalami is a favourite of locals and travelers alike and is not hard to see why. It is a beach with white pebbles, crystal clear water and incredible views.

This unspoilt beach with the great natural environment also offers various entertainment opportunities, like water sports, while you can soak up the sun, relaxing on sun beds which are available on the beach.
