Join us on a culinary adventure through the charming streets of Corfu! Our journey begins at the Old Port parking area, where we will meander through picturesque alleys to the lively open fruit and fish market. There, we'll select the freshest organic products harvested just hours earlier from the island's lush fields, while listening to the passionate vendors compete with each other for our attention at the top of their voices. The enticing aroma of fresh fish, vegetables, fruit, and herbs will be an unforgettable sensory experience! After bargaining for the best prices with the friendly vendors, we'll head to a quaint local shop for some delicious dairy products, cheese, and traditionally baked bread. Once we've gathered all our supplies, we'll be whisked away to a serene country home, where an expert chef will teach us how to prepare mouthwatering Greek dishes. Upon arrival, we'll be treated with local delicacies as a warm welcome, and we'll have the choice to participate in the cooking process or simply relax and watch as our ingredients create dishes. Using traditional techniques and a wood-fired oven, we'll cook our meals perfectly, just like our mothers and grandmothers used to do. All of our ingredients are sourced locally and are fresh, organic, and bursting with flavour. This experience is not just about learning how to cook, but also about experiencing the authentic Greek hospitality and warmth that make us feel like part of a family. Cooking Classes Details
Our tour is suitable for both novices and experienced food lovers, and we offer a variety of services to make your experience unforgettable.
Our operating period is from 1st April to 31st October, and we run on Thursdays throughout the year, with an additional day on Tuesdays between 13th June and 30th September. The tour starts at 9:00hrs and meets at the “Black cat” café at the Old Port. However, if you need a transfer service from your accommodation, please let us know when booking, and we will arrange it for you.
We offer a private tour for a minimum of 4 and a maximum of 8 persons, and we can accommodate more persons upon request. Our experienced escort and cook will guide you through the tour, which includes hands-on culinary classes, lunch, 1/4 liter of wine or one beer per person, water, and dessert. All necessary shopping is also included, and any extra supplies can be arranged, but they are not included in the tour.
Our culinary tour requires no special skills, and even a novice can participate, enjoy and learn to cook delicious and nutritious Greek cuisine recipes. However, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes for the shopping session in the Fruit and Fish market and local shops. Sandals or flip flops are also suitable, depending on your preference.

Menu 1 includes a Greek salad, tzatziki, pork knuckle, and baked apple. Menu 2 includes a green salad, bruschetta, fish wrapped in fig leaves, and a kumquat cheesecake. Menu 3 is vegetarian and includes a courgette salad, chickpea mini pies, vegetable briam, and Greek yogurt with honey and fresh fruits. The classes will serve only one menu (usually 1 or 2) unless there is a request for the vegetarian menu. The main courses are grilled in a traditional wood fire oven, and local organic products are used wherever possible. The beverages served during the classes are all Corfiot products.
