Layout

When you walk through the front door, you’ll be warmly welcomed by a large, well-designed open-plan living and dining area with a luxurious and tasteful touch.  

The fully equipped kitchen is directly opposite the main door and has everything you need to prepare meals and breakfast, or you can hire a chef to create anything you want.  

On the same floor there is a small family WC, one bedroom with three single beds, two of which can be comfortably combined to form a double one, that opens onto a rear-facing terrace, and an indoor bathroom with a shower. 
The internal wooden staircase leads to the upper floor, where the master bedroom with a double bed is located. It has an internal bathroom with a shower, and the balcony door leads to a private terrace overlooking the sea. The second bedroom on this floor also contains a double bed, an internal bathroom with a shower, and a balcony door that leads to the veranda of the building, where the entire family can gather and grill on the modern gas BBQ. A small kitchen has been cleverly placed opposite the staircase and an independent balcony door, gives autonomous access from the room to the veranda. The view from the veranda is absolutely stunning. 

The final bedroom, which features bunk beds and an internal bathroom with a shower, is located on the lower level. This level also houses the laundry room, which includes a washing machine and a dryer. 

The balcony door from the dining room and the outdoor terrace next to the main entrance, they both provide access to the nearby private, secluded, and heated pool.  

It is situated in such a way that while swimming, you can enjoy the view of the sea and the landscape.   

There is a classic barbecue by the pool for those who enjoy traditional charcoal grilling.
