The villa is built on the highest point of the plot and has a stunning panoramic view of the horizon. You can see the Venetian fortresses, the famous Mouse Island (Pontikonisi) let alone the beautiful beaches. When you enter through the front door of Villa Magnolia, you are greeted by a spacious living room and an elegantly appointed kitchen. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double bed and a bathroom being adjacent to it.
The internal staircase leads to the top floor, where there are three more bedrooms with a great view: the master bedroom with a double bed and an en-suit bathroom, and two other bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with two single beds that share another bathroom.
The infinity edge pool (8.00 m x 4.50 m, maximum depth 1.55 m) and the outdoors dining area create the dreamiest setting that makes you want to stay outside as much as possible.
