Villa Elissavet is a three bedroom villa located on the top of a small hill with amazing views of the sea and the nearby coasts.

Due to the location of the house, you can see all the way from Corfu town straight to the straits of the Albanian coast.

From the comfort of the villa you will be able to experience enchanting sunrises and sunsets. Three of the most spectacular beaches of the island – Kalami Bay, Yialiskari Bay and Agni Bay are within walking distance from the house thanks to its location.

Villa Elissavet Details

Layout

Villa Elissavet is built on two levels being part of a private hillside olive grove and it has three bedrooms that can accommodate a family or a group of six. A private road connects the property to the main road. It leads to a private parking area near the pool. 

The pool is outside in the garden on the lower level, offering privacy, and it is strategically placed in a way so as to absorb as much as possible of the day’s sunlight. The washing room, a table tennis area, and a pool table area are located a bit further up. 

The exterior staircase leads to the upper courtyard with the barbeque and the central door that opens into the well-equipped kitchen, including a dishwasher and a microwave, the living room with a flat screen TV, and the dining room. The two balcony doors provide the house with an incredible view of the sea and natural light throughout the day. The first bedroom with a double bed and private balcony is located right after the living area, and the family bathroom is adjacent to the room. Upstairs, there is a master bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a second room with two single beds; these two rooms share a balcony with a breathtaking view of the ocean. The third bathroom is located across the single bedroom.
