Accessed via a scenic country lane, the villa welcomes you with double gates opening onto a spacious private parking area. From here, steps lead up to a front balcony offering stunning sea views.

The highlight of Villa Eirini is its elevated dining terrace, where you can enjoy meals with panoramic views of the sea and Corfiot coastline. This terrace wraps around the house to form a stone BBQ area, with steps leading down to the inviting pool and sun terrace. For added privacy, you can relax in the sun or in the shade of the pergola, surrounded by olive and cypress trees. A pool fence is available upon request for an additional fee.

Inside, the open-plan lounge and dining area feature patio doors that open onto the seafront terrace, blending indoor and outdoor living. Comfortable seating surrounds a flat-screen TV and an ornamental corner fireplace, creating a cosy atmosphere. The space includes a dining table and chairs, and the attractive exposed beam ceiling extends into the adjacent kitchen.
