Villa Casa del mare Overview
Casa del’ Mare is a private villa built of stone that sits above Agni Beach, one of the most beautiful areas of Corfu. Each and every room in the villa has a breathtaking view of the channel between Corfu and Albania. The rooms of the villa were designed to meet high quality standards while at the same time they preserve the feeling of an intimate and relaxing vacation experience. The living room has a panoramic door that opens up to the garden and pool area, where you realize that, due to the location of the villa up on a hill, you feel like the sea is even closer. The 10m x 5m infinity pool, with a maximum depth of 1.7m and steps built in, will enchant you and make you feel like you’re relaxing in your personal haven of rest.

Layout
The spacious open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas provide guests with everything they need for their vacation: an amazing sea view, a well-equipped kitchen, and comfortable sofas for evening relaxation.
The master bedroom has every comfort that an independent suite can offer, such as an en-suite jacuzzi (mini spa), half a floor above the living room and a safe, not to mention the breathtaking panoramic sea view.
The other two bedrooms are half a floor below the living room. They have big patio doors that open up to the garden and pool area. The garden and the pool area are set up to be as private as possible while still being easy for people of all ages to use without any risk.

The Neighborhood
The village of Kentroma is a small village in the northeastern part of the island, built on the slopes of the mountain Pantokratora in olive trees and with a wonderful view of the sea, from Kalami beach and the mountain peaks of Albania to the city of Corfu and the Venetian fortress when the atmosphere allows visibility on the shores of the mainland. Kentroma has a small number of local people. Kentroma is located on the road that leads from the city of Corfu to Kassiopi. Very close to the village are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, for those who prefer pebbles, such as the beaches of Kalami, Krouzeri, Gialiskari, Agni and Nisaki, which are fully organized.
