Layout

This spacious farmhouse has a kitchen, bathroom, twin bedroom, traditional fireplace, and mezzanine with sleeping areas for two more people. A wooden staircase leads to the mezzanine. a smaller stone structure that provides additional accommodation for a larger number of guests — up to a total of six people, with a separate kitchenette and bathroom and easy access between the two buildings The secluded, hidden, flower-filled courtyard offers coolness and shade during the summer months in the silence of our Corfiot olive grove. The property is connected to the main road by a private road that leads to a private car park.

Our Farm:

Our property is in the northern part of Corfu, on the lower slopes of Mount Pantokrator, with views of the Ionian Sea. Our olive grove produces excellent olive oil. We regard our farm and its “inhabitants” as a part of the entire universe, not as an isolated piece of cultivated land, nor as a part of Corfiot land, nor as a part of Greek and Mediterranean biodiversity. We strive to fully respect and utilize the natural potential of the trees, ensuring that they remain healthy without the use of chemical or artificial interventions. This results in a harvest of high-quality products that are high in beneficial properties and meet the most stringent evaluation criteria. While cultivating this piece of land with all other organisms, our philosophy is to maintain the harmony and balance of our common environment. We use as many subtle methods and practices as possible to respect nature, such as seasonal changes, moon phases, gentle interventions (pruning, etc.), and the use of pets as helpers (donkeys, sheep, chickens, etc.) for grazing the land. Organic fertilization of the soil is provided by the production of manure and the natural wild flora. Finally, waste is recycled and returned to nature, providing the grove with its own natural energy sources. Anyone interested in helping harvest the crop and learning about the olive oil production process is welcome to visit our organic farm.

The Neighborhood

The village of Kentroma is a small village in the northeastern part of the island, built on the slopes of the mountain Pantokratora in olive trees and with a wonderful view of the sea, from Kalami beach and the mountain peaks of Albania to the city of Corfu and the Venetian fortress when the atmosphere allows visibility on the shores of the mainland. Kentroma has a small number of local people. Kentroma is located on the road that leads from the city of Corfu to Kassiopi. Very close to the village are some of the most beautiful beaches on the island, for those who prefer pebbles, such as the beaches of Kalami, Krouzeri, Gialiskari, Agni and Nisaki, which are fully organized.
