Thomas House is a classic seaside stone house located on the beach overlooking the bay of Kalami, just 5 meters from the sea water, in the area of Kalami, with a breathtaking view. Right on the beach, above a well-known local tavern, Thomas Place is ideal for those looking for everything in just a few steps: boats for rent, taverns to choose from, a nice beach to relax in or a pristine snorkeling trick and probably fishing later in the evening.

Layout
This stone house has a lovely balcony in front, just 5 meters from the pebbles of the beach, with a wonderful view of the bay of Kalami and the ability to watch the activity of the bay and the impressively large yachts that pass, as well as the Albanian coast and the absolutely wonderful sunrise.
The external staircase leads to the main door of the house and to a traditional covered terrace. The main entrance opens into an airy, beautiful space furnished with two sofas and a table for six people. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals and breakfast.
The master bedroom, which has a double bed and a window overlooking the sea, is located at the front of the house. The second twin bedroom is to the right of the main entrance and can easily be converted into a double. The two bedrooms downstairs share a bathroom. An internal staircase leads to an attic and a third bedroom with twin beds that can be easily converted into a double. There is a private bathroom in this bedroom.

Explore Kalami
Having been awarded the Blue Flag, the beach of Kalami is a favourite of locals and travelers alike and is not hard to see why. It is a beach with white pebbles, crystal clear water and incredible views.
This unspoilt beach with the great natural environment also offers various entertainment opportunities, like water sports, while you can soak up the sun, relaxing on sun beds which are available on the beach.
