Pelagia Dio by Kormari family is located in one of Corfu’s most picturesque and popular villages, the beautiful village of Kassiopi, just a few metres away from the port of Kassiopi and the Byzantine castle.
This luxurious and lovely apartment has been newly restored and has everything you need for a leisure trip, from triple glazing windows and doors to cutting-edge kitchen appliances. The interior decoration has received special attention, with comfortable sofas and mattresses on the beds.
The Pelagia Dio apartment is directly above the Kormari tourist shop. Only a few metres from the port and the village square.

Layout
The external staircase leads to the front balcony, which overlooks the playground and the village of Kassiopi. The main door leads to a fully equipped and modern kitchen that includes a dishwasher, a microwave, and every other appliance that a home requires. The kitchen has a worktop with four chairs for eating breakfast or a quick snack.
Just after the kitchen is the open-plan dining and living room area. A smart flat-screen TV is located in the beautiful and elegant living room. The washing machine and a tumble dryer are located in the family bathroom.
Pelagia Dio by Kormaris has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and showers, one with a double bed and a balcony door leading to a shared balcony with Pelagia Ena, while the other has two single beds, the owner can easily convert them into a double one, and the balcony door leads to the room’s private balcony.

Excellent Apartment with all modern facilities and fully recommended The facilities were of an excellent quality, almost new and had everything you need. Very spacious and idea layout for 1 or 2 couples or family of 4 The host/owners are very welcoming, very helpful and always available as they also manage the downstairs shop. The location is ideal for shops, bars and restaurants Only negative is although there are 2 patio/balconies there is no scenic view

Fabulous stay in stylish Kassiopi apartment
Modern, spacious design and super clean, we both said Wow on arrival and stayed more than happy through our stay. The location is ideal, only a very short 1 minute stroll to the beautiful harbour and a choice of bars and restaurants with small well-stocked supermarkets opposite and a lovely bakery also nearby. We didn't need to use our car for shopping and parking was straightforward with a reserved place in the local car park with room to park briefly outside the apartment to drop and pick up our cases. We were made to feel welcome by our hosts and particularly enjoyed drinks on the comfortable chairs on the balcony. Thank you, we very much hope to return one day soon.
