Layout

The apartment is a newly constructed, spacious two-bedroom apartment on the second floor that is tastefully furnished and well-equipped. The apartment has two spacious double bedrooms, as well as an open-plan kitchen where you can cook during your vacation and a sitting area with a sofa bed and a dining area. It’s worth noting that if a family with a child requests it, a rollaway bed or even a baby cot can be installed. A bathroom with excellent aesthetics and a modern shower cabin with modern equipment are also included in the apartment. Our apartment has a private balcony with stunning village views and furniture where you can relax with a glass of wine and take in the scenery. Every day, Nikos and his wife will prepare a delicious breakfast for you every day, which you can enjoy on the accommodation’s patio. You can relax in a public pool 50 meters away from our property.

We loved staying here. It is a lovely apartment in a boutique hotel. The location is great - 5 minutes walk to the Main Street of Kassiopi and the harbour. It is also next door to a lovely swimming pool and bar which we could use for free. If that’s not enough we even had a fresh cooked delicious breakfast every morning also for free. We just wished we could have stayed longer.

This accomodation was just perfect! We har plenty of room for our entire family and the apartment was beautifully decorated, comfortable and clean. The view over the town of Kassiopi was really nice and the breakfast and hospitality of Nikos and his family was outstanding. We would definitlely return to this gem.

Η διαμονή μας ήταν εξαιρετική. Τα δωμάτια ήταν πολύ καθαρά και σε όμορφη τοποθεσία. Υπάρχει διαθέσιμο πάρκινγκ, κάτι το οποίο είναι εξαιρετικά χρήσιμο στη περιοχή. Υπάρχει ησυχία και η διαμονή είναι ότι πρέπει αν κάποιος έχει οικογένεια. Θα επιστρέψουμε σίγουρα

We were surprised how new and clean were the apartments. Also the welcoming atmosphere and super friendly staff have left the nice aftertaste. We had everything we needed. Breakfast is a great addition to your vacation and the location is in the heart of this beautiful village. Undoubtely worth staying.

Amazing location, fresh new clean apartments (best view room 5) Very friendly staff, wonderful housekeeping and delicious cooked breakfast every morning, the pool is a stones throw away and the beach is literally down a hidden lane way to your right🇬🇷 We loved our stay, Nicko couldn’t do enough for us, he even organized a 6am taxi to the airport for us and recommended the best restaurants in Kassiopi. The apartments are located on top of the hill and it’s a bit narrow for most taxis to climb, so if you go up to the swimming pool, the apartment is literally behind there, up the hill.
