Layout:
The house features large balconies with stunning sea views and is equipped with all the modern amenities you need for a relaxing stay. The spacious and fully-equipped kitchen is perfect for preparing breakfast and meals, while the comfortable living room area with a large flat screen and smart TV is perfect for afternoon relaxation. Additionally, the balcony doors in the living room and dining area bring in plenty of light and sunshine, making the space feel bright and airy.
The first floor of the house features a cozy bedroom with a double bed and a balcony, as well as a spacious bathroom with a shower. On the upper floor, you’ll find three more bedrooms, two of which share a large balcony with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding area, while the third has a balcony overlooking the beautiful countryside of Corfu. Another bathroom with a shower is also located on this floor.
If you love grilling, you’ll be delighted to know that the balcony of the kitchen comes equipped with a barbecue! Aristeas House is ideally located for excursions to nearby beaches, including Sidari with the famous Canal d’Amour, Peroulades, and Astrakeri, all just a few kilometers away.

The Neighborhood
Karousades is a picturesque village in Corfu that boasts traditional architecture and a fascinating history dated back to the Byzantine Empire. The village was named after the refugees who came to the island from the Greek city of Karoussa on the Black Sea, which was destroyed. Today, the visitor of Karousades is enchanted by the golden-green color of the olive trees and the elegant white houses that line the village road. The Theotokis family settled here in the 15th century, after the fall of Constantinople, and their mansion, built in 1500, is still a well-preserved gem of the village.
Apart from its rich history, Karousades is also home to a philharmonic orchestra established in 1980, which teaches wind and percussion instruments to local students, preserving the tradition of music in the region.
